Boiler servicing (also Fires, Cookers, Rayburns, Agas)

 

All appliances should be serviced on a regular 12 months basis to ensure that they are operating efficiently and safely.

 

Our boiler service includes:

• Check and clean your burner as required.

• Flue gas analysis and commissioning to increase efficiency.

• Test your safety devices.

• Check the water system including vessels, cisterns and valves.

• Check carbon monoxide alarms and fit where required.

• Checking your oil tank or gas supply.

• Check your controls are working optimally.

• Check the water system for inhibitor to ensure you are protected.

We will send out an annual reminder before the next service is due too.
